One of the most common testing related issues that Nightingale Support gets is that the Learner can't see the exam they are supposed to take, and that RPNow is only showing Admissions exams. A large chunk of the people that report this issue are fresh out of the admissions process and are at level 0 (GE) or 1, and have already used RPNow for Admissions exams. What has happened is that you have downloaded and saved onto your computer the Admissions RPNow account, and are trying to access your current learner exams there. You'll need to download the Current Learner RPNow account by going to nightingale.remoteproctor.com and click "Download Software". This will download the correct RPNow version onto your computer and at that point you should see any exams or finals that you need to take.
If this does not work...
Reach out to your instructor and let them know you are not seeing your exam. They'll be able to confirm to you if any dates have changed, if you have the correct dates at all, or if there is an error and the test should be available. If they confirm that the exam should be there and there is some kind of error, reach out to Nightingale Support and let us know what's going on. We recommend using the web form to submit a ticket request by going to https://nightingale.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new . Your instructor may just CC us and forward your question to us in an email, which is equally as great of a way to notify us.
We recommend that everyone experiencing this particular issue with RPNow always try re downloading the Current Learner version of RPNow before reaching out. As I mentioned above, this is quite common. 9/10 times re-downloading the Current learner version of the software will resolve the issue.
