If you get an error when accessing the student portal, please follow these steps.
Please try reload the page with one of these methods it will bypass the cache on your computer.
On Windows and Linux, use one of the following:
- Hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key.
- Hold the ⇧ Shift key and press the F5 key.
- Hold the Ctrl key and press the R key.
- Hold the ⇧ Shift key and press the R key.
- Hold the Ctrl key and click the Reload button on the navigation toolbar.
- Hold the ⇧ Shift key and click the Reload button on the navigation toolbar.
On macOS:
- Hold both the ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift keys and press the R key.
- Hold the ⇧ Shift key and click the Reload button on the navigation toolbar.
- Hold the Ctrl key and click the Reload button on the navigation toolbar.
If this does not work please clear your cookies and Cache
Clear your Temporary internet files and cookies.
If that still doesn't work please try these steps.
1. Launch Chrome, NOT Edge, or Firefox or IE
2. Open an incognito window https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
3. Go to https://my.nightingale.edu/CMCPortal/ in that incognito window
4. Login with your username. (firstname.lastname) and password.
