Please see the following clip on how to toggle Chrome extensions for proctored exams you can remove the Proctorio extension and make sure the Honorlock one is enabled. If you don't have Honorlock Please follow the instructions the exam:

If this does not work please remove the Honorlock extension and re-add it.
