How do I transfer CHSP data from Nightingale to Xero?

Nightingale allows you to send your monthly or fortnightly CHSP balances to Xero. This will create invoices for your CHSP clients in Xero.

To do this:

1. Go to Organisation Settings -> Finance

2. Select Xero - Transfer CHSP Sales

3. Set the Start Date and End Date range that you want to transfer balances for. You can also set the Due Date which will show on the Xero Invoces.

4. Press Save and the transfer of Sales from Nightingale to Xero will start. This process can take quite some time due to limitations set by Xero. To get around this we run this transfer in the background.

5. After you press save you will see a notification that the report is running in the background. You can no navigate away and Nightingale will let you know when the transfer has completed.
