Quick Staff Reassignment in the Calendar

Just right click on an appointment or a series and directly reassign staff for the individual appointment, all recurring appointments from that date on, or the entire series. You can even filter the available options based on competencies and history.

Client Global Contacts Report

Under the Client tab in Reports & Forms there is now an option to generate a report showing all Client Global Contacts and which clients they are linked to. Learn more here.

Speed improvements in Manage Attendance

A lot of work has gone into improving the load speed of the Manage Attendance report. This should be especially noticed by users in large organisations running the report for All Clients.

Improved error messages for the Xero integration

The error messages in Xero have been improved to make them more informative and intuitive.

Staff Availability

The way staff availability is displayed in Nightingale has been updated to be in-line with the changes made in the Nightingale Companion App. Learn more about the changes here.

Find Available Staff / Staff Availability Page

An option has been added to display the distance between a staff members residence and the clients location when using the “Find Available Staff” option in the roster. Learn more here.

Competencies have been extended to now include a new feature - interests. Unlike rostering with competencies, interests are not mandatory but a guide line on which staff member best suits the client. Interests will show on the Available Staff page found by using the right click option on an appointment from the calendar. Learn more here.

Icon Change

Nightingale tabs will now display a new Favicon of the orange nightingale symbol.

Dex Reporting

Dex upload updated to stop possible duplicate Client Ids.
