To view Calendar Settings, click on [Organisation Settings] > [Calendar] > [Settings]
You can set your regular work hours here which will be seen as the default on roster pages as well as the range of hours that you can see on the page.
You can toggle whether to show a warning message when moving a calendar appointment to a date/time which its funding description appears to contradict.
You can set which attendance status is used when you use the "Attend & Create Client Case Note" function from the calendar context menu, as well as the case note type that is selected by default.

| Display shift code name in place of appointment subject text if a shift code has been selected | Tick this option if you want the shift code displayed. |
| Show a warning when changing appointments from one timeframe to another where a different funding item would apply (e.g., moving from a daytime appointment to evening, moving from a weekday to a Saturday) | Tick this option if you want a warning to appear on shifting appointments. |
| "Attend & Create Client Case Note" Attendance Status (only statuses which do not require reasons) | If your staff use the “Attend & Create Client Case Note” for attendance, which attendance status should it be filed under as default. |
