You'll get the generic postal labels in a pdf and the choice of printing all pages, printing current page, or exporting to multiple formats right from Nightingale. This can be useful if you are printing labels of different sizes (i.e., you want to print a large label to put on a file box). Just export in the file type you need and follow the label program's instructions. For example, Avery labels has MS Word templates for many of their labels -- in fact, you can design labels to include your logo, return address... a theme based on your event... and use your client and staff info from Nightingale!
CREATING LABELS for Staff
Go to Reports and Forms
Choose Staff
Click on Staff Postage Labels (Print)
The figure below shows that you can select individual staff, or tick All Staff.
Then click on Generate Labels

Can’t see this Report? Update your position settings for permissions!
Go to Organisation Settings
Choose Staff
Choose Staff Position
Choose the Position you want to update and open it
Scroll down to Position Access
Choose Reports and Forms
Tick Staff Postage Labels (Print) and then click on SAVE
If you can't see the Client one, follow these instructions but tick Client Postage Labels (Print) and click on SAVE.
