From version 2023.6.0 you can now apply colour coding to the calendar based on funding category! The attendance status colour will now also be added as a strip of colour down the side of the appointment.

The add/edit pages for funding items, NDIS clusters, and funding/NDIS categories all now have a “Funding Type Colour” or “NDIS Cluster Colour” option you can specify. See the following examples:

Any colours selected will now appear on the View Funding Items page.

For NDIS Clusters the option is called “NDIS Custer Colour”.

Adding a colour to an NDIS Cluster will then show that colour when viewing the main NDIS Clusters page.

In addition to the above, NDIS funding may display the usual purple colour for NDIS funding without any colours specified.

How the Colours Appear in Nightingale

Some pages like the manage/review attendance pages or client view funding page will show the colours of the funding item/cluster/category separately for each of them, e.g.:

Other pages like the calendar, which are unable to show different colours in one cell, will use the funding item/cluster colour if specified, if not then the funding/NDIS category colour if specified, if not then either the default light grey (for non-NDIS funding) or purple (for NDIS funding), e.g.:

Unattended Appointments

Unattended appointments have a dark blue strip on the left-hand side.
