You can now display a Care Partner on page one of the Support at Home monthly statement. When a Care Partner is selected against a client’s organisation contact, their name appears beneath the Location line in the statement header.

Overview

This feature lets you identify one or more organisation contacts as the client’s Care Partner for statement purposes. When a statement is generated, Nightingale checks the client’s active organisation contacts and displays the name of each contact marked as a Care Partner on page one of the statement.

If more than one active contact is marked as a Care Partner, all matching names are shown, with each name on a new line. If no active organisation contact is marked as a Care Partner, the Care Partner row does not appear on the statement.

Managing Care Partner Contacts

Open the client dashboard and add a new organisation contact, or edit an existing one. Select the Care Partner checkbox for the contact you want to appear on the statement.

Generating the Statement

After the Care Partner has been selected, generate the Support at Home statement as normal.

On page one of the statement, you will see a Care Partner row directly beneath the Location line.

Additional Information

  • Only active organisation contacts marked as Care Partner are included on the statement.

  • If multiple active contacts are marked as Care Partner, all of them will display on the statement.

  • If you remove the Care Partner selection from a contact, or deactivate that contact, the Care Partner row will be removed from any newly generated statements.

  • Previously generated PDF statements are not changed.
