How do I archive appointments or shifts in Nightingale?

This article covers how to archive and unarchive appointment/shifts in Nightingale

Archiving From The Support Roster

Appointments/Shifts can be archived from the support roster via a clients funding.

From a clients dashboard navigate to Funding and select “View Support Funding”

From here open the support roster for the funding type you want to archive.

You can then use the archive button to archive a particular shift occurance for that funding type.

This prompt will appear asking for confirmation.

Selecting “OK” will make this item inactive.

The 18/05/2023 has now been removed.

Archiving From The Roster

Appointments/Shifts can be archived from the roster.

 

To archive a shift, navigate to the roster and then select the shift you wish to archive, right click and select “Archive Appointment”.

You will then be presented with the following options popup.

This Appointment - This will archive the selected Appointment/Shift only.

This and Following Appointments - This will archive the selected Appointment/Shift and all future Appointments/Shifts from this date onwards.

All Appointments - This will archive all Appointments/Shifts past, present and future of the Selected Shift.

 

How to Unarchive Appointments

 

Example: I have used the “This and Following Appointments” option to archive all shifts from the 18th of May onwards.

To unarchive these shifts Navigate to the Clients Funding and select the roster for the funding type on the right.

From the Support Roster navigate to “View Support Roster (Inactive)”.

From here you can activate any shifts that have been archived.

And they will return to the client’s roster.
