Problem 7 - I see “Custom Unit Of Measure Required” Error when Creating an Invoice.

This is a bug in our system that looks like the below;

However there is a workaround for now!

1. Go to [Organisation Settings] > [Invoices] > [Invoiceable Items]

2. You will then be presented with the list of invoiceable items. Search for the item you are trying to add.

   

   Here we are looking for “HCP Package Purchase”

3. From here, you need to select the default “Unit of Measure”. For this example we will select ‘Item’

   

4. Then click [Save]

5. Done!
