How do I use client analysis in Nightingale Analytics?

This data dictionary is used for Data Definition of Client Movement Reports.

Note: Below are the settings that are applied across all visuals in this report.

Data Rage: Rolling 2 years Active data for transaction tables e.g. Invoices, Notes, Appointments, Roster.

All data will be shown for dimension tables e.g. Clients, Staff, Plan types, Plan Sources, etc.

Data Refresh Frequency: Once a day at 4:00 AM WAST (Perth Time)

Client Movement Analysis Dashboard

This dashboard is utilised for analysing Client Entry, Exits and Waiting list.

	Active Clients	Card	A list of currently engaged clients within the system.	Count Clients with active status	Client
