There are now two new reports in the Reports & Forms > Custom section.

The goal of these Reports is to return a list of Rosters or Attendances where the Claimable Units, do not equal the number of hours, when the funding is chargeable by the hour.

Please Note: These reports were designed to resolve a specific issue in Nightingale.

  • Currently they only check for Rosters/Attendances where the Claimable Units is 1, and the Hours are different.

Both Reports have Date Picker selections for the output data.

  • Dates are defaulted to the problem period we identified.

  • Dates must be within 60 days.

Misaligned Roster Units:

Note: This may not work as expected for Recurring Rosters

  • It will only return Recurring Rosters that start within the Range.

  • It will not check how many “Occurrences” of that Roster are misaligned.

This report returns all rosters that

  • Are Active

  • Are not assigned to an internal client

  • Start or End are in the Selected Range

  • The Unit of Measure is in Hours

  • The Claimable Units is set to 1

  • The number of hours does not equal the Claimable Units

Misaligned Attendance Units:

The report returns all attendances that

  • Have an Invoiceable Attendance Status

  • Are not assigned to an internal client

  • The Attendance Date is within the Selected Range

  • The Unit of Measure is in Hours

  • The Claimable Units is set to 1

  • The number of hours does not equal the Claimable Units
