This page explains the setting up of the service provider’s Service Delivery Branches, Quarterly Care Management Funding Pool per branches, and mapping HCP Funding Items to Support at Home Funding Items.
Access
The Support at Home Settings can be accessed by navigating to Organisation Settings>Funding>Support at Home Settings.

Service Delivery Branches and Care Management Funding Pool
Configure the Following:
Service Delivery Branches: This is the place of business of the registered provider through which funded aged care services are delivered to an individual. All participants must be connected to a service delivery branch as pooling of Care Management funds will take place at the service delivery branch level of a provider.
Care Management Funding Pool: 10% of all Participants' Ongoing Services Quarterly Budget per Service Delivery Branch.
Each quarter, Service Providers must add a new Care Management Funding Pool setting so that Nightingale can correctly identify the amount available for that quarter to the relevant Service Delivery Branch of the clients.

Mapping HCP Funding Items to Support at Home Funding Items
Mappings: ensure all HCP funding items are mapped to their corresponding Support at Home funding items. These mappings will be used during the migration process to automatically convert participants' HCP funding and associated rosters to the mapped Support at Home items, effective from
Steps to Map HCP Funding Items to Support at Home Funding Item
Click New Mapping.
Select the HCP Funding Type
Select the SAH Funding Type where you would like to map the selected HCP Funding Type
Click Update to save.
If saved mapping needs to be edited or deleted, Edit and Delete options are available
Once an HCP Funding Type is mapped to a SAH Funding Type, it can no longer be mapped again. If you try to do so, an error message will appear stating: "Funding Type is already mapped."
Mapping is not required if service providers are not delivering HCP services prior to 1 November 2025.
